លើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីការចិញ្ចឹមកូនដោយឆ្លើយតបនឹងតម្រូវការយេនឌ័រ នៅសហគមន៍បុរីអូរស្វាយ–សែនជ័យ

ថ្វីត្បិតតែទឹកទន្លេមេគង្គកំពុងមានការកើនឡើងក៏ដោយ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលរស់នៅភូមិអូរស្វាយ និងភូមិអូររុន ឃុំអូរស្វាយ ស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយ សែនជ័យ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង នៅតែបន្តចូលរួមក្នុងសកម្មភាពបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល និងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍។ នៅថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការនារីដើម្បីសន្តិភាព សហការជាមួយមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារកម្ពុជា សាខាខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលក្រោមប្រធានបទ «ការលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីការចិញ្ចឹមកូនដោយឆ្លើយតបនឹងតម្រូវការយេនឌ័រ» នៅអគារមរតក សង្គមរាស្ត្រនិយម សម្តេចឪ សម្តេចម៉ែ ក្នុងស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយ–សែនជ័យ។ វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះមានអ្នកភូមិចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៤៥ នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានបុរសចំនួន១៤នាក់។
វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះមានគោលបំណងសំខាន់ក្នុងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងបញ្ជ្រាបការយល់ដឹងអំពីទស្សនទានយេនឌ័រ និងការចិញ្ចឹមកូនប្រកបដោយសមភាព។ តាមរយៈសកម្មភាពសួរ និងឆ្លើយ អ្នកចូលរួមបានពិភាក្សា និងស្វែងយល់កាន់តែច្បាស់ពីភាពខុសគ្នារវាង «ភេទ» ដែលសំដៅលើលក្ខណៈជីវសាស្ត្រ និង «យេនឌ័រ» ដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងតួនាទី ការរំពឹងទុក និងបទដ្ឋានដែលសង្គមបានកំណត់ចំពោះមនុស្សម្នាក់ៗ។ ការពិភាក្សាក៏បានផ្តោតលើការកាត់បន្ថយផ្នត់គំនិតអវិជ្ជមាន ការរឹតត្បិត សម្ពាធសង្គម និងការរើសអើង ដែលអាចប៉ះពាល់ដល់ការរស់នៅ ការសិក្សា និងការអភិវឌ្ឍរបស់កុមារ។ អ្នកចូលរួមត្រូវបានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យពិចារណាឡើងវិញអំពីការកំណត់តួនាទី ឬឱកាសរបស់កូនៗដោយផ្អែកលើភេទ ដើម្បីធានាថាកុមារទាំងប្រុស និងស្រី ទទួលបានការគាំទ្រ និងឱកាសស្មើៗគ្នា ក្នុងការរៀនសូត្រ និងអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពរបស់ខ្លួន។ ជាពិសេស កម្មវិធីបានលើកឡើងពីតួនាទីដ៏សំខាន់របស់ឪពុកម្តាយ និងអាណាព្យាបាល ក្នុងការក្លាយជាប្រព័ន្ធគាំទ្រដ៏រឹងមាំសម្រាប់កូនៗ។ ការគាំទ្រពីគ្រួសារអាចជួយឱ្យកុមារមានឱកាសបន្តការសិក្សា អភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាព និងជ្រើសរើសមុខជំនាញ ឬអាជីពដែលស្របតាមចំណង់ចំណូលចិត្ត និងសមត្ថភាពរបស់ខ្លួន ដោយមិនត្រូវបានកំណត់ដោយផ្នត់គំនិត ឬការរំពឹងទុកផ្អែកលើយេនឌ័រ។
លើសពីនេះ វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលបានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យគ្រួសារបង្កើតបរិយាកាសបើកចំហ សម្រាប់ការសន្ទនា និងការស្តាប់គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមករវាងឪពុកម្តាយ និងកូនៗ។ ការសន្ទនាប្រកបដោយការគោរព និងការយល់ចិត្ត អាចជួយឱ្យកុមារមានភាពក្លាហានក្នុងការចែករំលែកកង្វល់ សំណួរ និងតម្រូវការរបស់ពួកគេ ជាពិសេសពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងសិទ្ធិ សុខភាពផ្លូវភេទ និងសុខភាពបន្តពូជ។ ការចូលរួមរបស់បុរសចំនួន ១៤ នាក់ក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះ ក៏បង្ហាញពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការចូលរួមរបស់ឪពុក និងបុរសក្នុងគ្រួសារ ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ការចិញ្ចឹមកូនប្រកបដោយសមភាព។ ការចែករំលែកទំនួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការថែទាំ និងអប់រំកូនរវាងឪពុក និងម្តាយ អាចជួយបង្កើតគ្រួសារដែលមានការគាំទ្រ ការយល់ចិត្ត និងការគោរពគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។
តាមរយៈការពិភាក្សា ការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ និងការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មរបស់សហគមន៍ វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះបានរួមចំណែកបង្កើនការយល់ដឹងអំពីសមភាពយេនឌ័រ និងការចិញ្ចឹមកូនប្រកបដោយការគាំទ្រ និងការយល់ចិត្ត។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ កម្មវិធីក៏បានជំរុញឱ្យគ្រួសារ និងសហគមន៍ បង្កើតបរិយាកាសមួយដែលកុមារគ្រប់រូបអាចរៀនសូត្រ អភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាព និងសម្រេចក្តីសុបិនរបស់ខ្លួនដោយមានការគាំទ្រពីឪពុកម្តាយ និងសហគមន៍។
Promoting Gender-Responsive Parenting Awareness in Borei O’Svay–Sen Chey Community

Despite the rising Mekong River, residents of O’Svay and O’Run villages, O’Svay Commune, Borei O’Svay–Sen Chey District, Stung Treng Province, continued to participate in community training and awareness-raising activities. On 25 August 2026, Women for Peace, in collaboration with the Documentation Center of Cambodia (DC-Cam) Stung Treng Branch, organized a training session on “Promoting Awareness of Gender-Responsive Parenting” at the Sangkum Reastr Niyum Samdech Ouv Samdech Mae Heritage Building in Borei O’Svay–Sen Chey District. A total of 45 community members participated, including 14 men.
The training aimed to promote understanding of gender concepts and encourage equitable parenting practices. Through questions, answers, and group discussions, participants explored the difference between “sex,” which refers to biological characteristics, and “gender,” which relates to the roles, expectations, and social norms assigned to individuals by society. The discussions also focused on reducing negative stereotypes, restrictions, social pressures, and discrimination that may affect children’s lives, education, and development. Participants were encouraged to reconsider assigning roles or limiting opportunities for children based on their gender, ensuring that both boys and girls receive equal support and opportunities to learn and develop their abilities. In particular, the training highlighted the important role of parents and caregivers as a strong support system for children. Family support can help children continue their education, develop their abilities, and choose fields of study or careers according to their interests and capabilities, rather than being limited by gender-based stereotypes or expectations.
The training also encouraged families to create an open environment for dialogue and active listening between parents and children. Respectful and empathetic communication can help children feel confident in sharing their concerns, questions, and needs, particularly regarding their rights, sexual health, and reproductive health. The participation of 14 men also highlighted the important role of fathers and men within families in promoting gender-equitable parenting. Sharing responsibilities for childcare and education between fathers and mothers can help create families built on support, understanding, and mutual respect.
Through discussion, experience-sharing, and active community participation, the training contributed to strengthening awareness of gender equality and supportive, empathetic parenting practices. At the same time, it encouraged families and the wider community to create an environment where every child can learn, develop their abilities, and pursue their dreams with the support of their parents and community.
