សមាគមព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនាជួយសង្គ្រោះខ្មែរ នាំយកអង្ករ ៣តោន ចែកជូនពលរដ្ឋក្រីក្រ និងជនងាយរងគ្រោះ នៅស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយសែនជ័យ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង
ថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ព្រះភិក្ខុវិនយធរោមហា យិន នឿន ព្រះប្រធានសមាគមព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនាជួយសង្គ្រោះខ្មែរ បានផ្តល់ជូនអង្ករចំនួន ៣តោន តាមរយៈលោក ព្រាប សារ៉េត នាយករងរដ្ឋបាលសាលាស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយសែនជ័យ ដើម្បីចាត់ចែងចែកជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្រីក្រ និងជនងាយរងគ្រោះនៅក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាន។ ការចុះចែកអំណោយជាលើកទី២ នេះ ត្រូវបានដឹកនាំដោយផ្ទាល់ដោយ ព្រះសីហវិជិត ឡុង សុមុនី ព្រះមេគណខេត្តព្រះវិហារ រួមជាមួយព្រះមន្ត្រីសង្ឃចំនួន ០៣ព្រះអង្គ រួមមាន ព្រះភិក្ខុ ត្រេន គឹមឡោន និមន្តមកពីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក, ព្រះភិក្ខុ ប៉ាន់ ឈុន ព្រះមន្ត្រីសង្ឃគង់នៅវត្តបទុមវតីរាជវរារាម និងព្រះភិក្ខុ រាជ វិចិត្រ ព្រះមន្ត្រីសង្ឃគង់នៅវត្តនួនមណីរាម រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដោយបាននិមន្តចុះចែកអំណោយផ្ទាល់ព្រះហត្ថដល់គ្រួសារងាយរងគ្រោះ និងកងកម្លាំងតាមគោលដៅនីមួយៗ។ នៅក្នុងនោះ អំណោយត្រូវបានបែងចែកជូនដល់ ផ្នែកសឹករងបុរីអូរស្វាយសែនជ័យ ទទួលបានអង្ករ ២០០គីឡូក្រាម និងថវិកា ២០០,០០០រៀល, ផ្នែករ៉ាមសារ (ក្រុមអភិរក្សតំបន់ត្រីមេពូជ) ទទួលបានអង្ករ ១០០គីឡូក្រាម, ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋភូមិអូរស្វាយ ចំនួន ២០គ្រួសារ ទទួលបានអង្ករ ៤០០គីឡូក្រាម, ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋភូមិអូររុន ចំនួន ២០គ្រួសារ ទទួលបានអង្ករ ៤០០គីឡូក្រាម, ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋភូមិវើនសៀន ចំនួន ៤០គ្រួសារ ទទួលបានអង្ករ ៨០០គីឡូក្រាម, ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋភូមិកោះឈើទាលតូច ចំនួន ២០គ្រួសារ ទទួលបានអង្ករ ៤០០គីឡូក្រាម, និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋភូមិកោះឈើទាលធំ ចំនួន ២០គ្រួសារ ទទួលបានអង្ករ ៤០០គីឡូក្រាម។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ ព្រះសង្ឃគ្រប់ព្រះអង្គក៏បានប្រគេនដល់វត្តសោភណ្ឌារាម (កោះឈើទាលតូច) នូវអង្ករ ១០០គីឡូក្រាម និងថវិកា ១០០,០០០រៀល, ប្រគេនវត្តបុញ្ញាធិការរាម (កោះឈើទាលធំ) នូវអង្ករ ១០០គីឡូក្រាម និងថវិកា ១០០,០០០រៀល ព្រមទាំងបានឧបត្ថម្ភជូនកងកម្លាំងប្រជាការពារចំនួន ១០០,០០០រៀល ព្រមទាំងបានចុះចែកជូនដល់ជនក្រីក្រតាមខ្នងផ្ទះផ្ទាល់ ក្នុងភូមិអូរស្វាយ ភូមិអូររុន និងភូមិវើនសៀន ចំនួន ៥គ្រួសារ បន្ថែមទៀត ដោយទទួលបានអង្ករ ១០០គីឡូក្រាម និងថវិកា ៣០០,០០០រៀល។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា សមាគមព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនាជួយសង្គ្រោះខ្មែរ ទទួលបានការអនុញ្ញាតច្បាប់បង្កើតឡើងតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៩២ និងបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពមនុស្សធម៌ទូទាំងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ចំណែកឯនៅក្នុងស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយនេះ សមាគមធ្លាប់បានចុះមកចែកអំណោយម្តងរួចមកហើយកាលពីឆ្នាំ២០២៣។
នៅក្នុងដំណើរការបេសកកម្មមនុស្សធម៌នេះដែរ ព្រះថេរានុត្ថេរៈទាំង ៤ព្រះអង្គ បាននិមន្តសឹងមួយរាត្រី នៅអគារមរតកសង្គមរាស្ត្រនិយមសម្តេចឪ សម្តេចម៉ែ (បុរីអូរស្វាយ-សែនជ័យ) ព្រមទាំងបានសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ និងអានសៀវភៅប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រមួយចំនួនដែលបានតម្កល់នៅក្នុងអគារ។ លុះព្រឹកឡើង ព្រះភិក្ខុ ត្រេង គឹមឡោន និមន្តមកពីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក បានមានសង្ឃដីកាថា ក្នុងឱកាសដែលព្រះអង្គបានមកបំពេញកិច្ចការងារមនុស្សធម៌នៅខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង និងបានមកដល់អគារមរតកសង្គមរាស្ត្រនិយម សម្តេចឪ សម្តេចម៉ែ (បុរីអូរស្វាយ-សែនជ័យ) នេះ ក្នុងនាមអាត្មាភាព សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណ និងគោរពស្ញប់ស្ញែងសរសើរចំពោះការថែរក្សាមរតកប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រនេះ ក្រោមម្លប់សន្តិភាព និងការអភិវឌ្ឍ។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ ព្រះសីហវិជិត ឡុង សុមុនី ព្រះមេគណខេត្តព្រះវិហារ ក៏បានមានសង្ឃដីកាបន្ថែមថា អាត្មាភាពពិតជាមានមនសិការជ្រះថ្លយ៉ាងក្រៃលែង ក្រោយពីបាននិមន្តមកសឹងមួយយប់ និងបានអាន ទស្សនានូវអគារមរតកសង្គមរាស្ត្រនិយម សម្តេចឪ សម្តេចម៉ែ (បុរីអូរស្វាយ-សែនជ័យ) នេះហើយអាត្មាភាពសូមគាំទ្រពេញទំហឹងនូវការកសាង និងការអភិវឌ្ឍនូវតំបន់ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រមួយនេះឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើនតទៅមុខទៀត។
Khmer Buddhist Humanitarian Association Donates 3 Tons of Rice to Poor and Vulnerable Residents in Borei O’Svay Sen Chey District, Stung Treng Province
Monday, June 1, 2026 – Venerable Vinayadhara Maha Yin Noeun, President of the Khmer Buddhist Humanitarian Association, has provided 3 tons of rice through Mr. Preap Saret, Deputy Director of Administration of the Borei O’Svay Sen Chey District Hall, to be distributed to local poor and vulnerable residents. This second charity mission was led directly by Venerable Sihavijit Long Somoni, the Chief Monk of Preah Vihear Province, along with three other Buddhist monks, including Venerable Tren Kimlaon from the United States, Venerable Pan Chhun from Wat Botum Vatey Rajavararam, and Venerable Reach Vichet from Wat Nuon Moniram in Phnom Penh, who personally distributed the donations to vulnerable families and stationed security forces at various designated locations.
Regarding the allocation, the Borei O’Svay Sen Chey Military District received 200 kg of rice and 200,000 KHR; the Ramsar Site Conservation Team (Broodstock Fish Conservation) received 100 kg of rice; 20 families in O’Svay village received 400 kg of rice; 20 families in O’Run village received 400 kg of rice; 40 families in Veun Sien village received 800 kg of rice; 20 families in Koh Chheuteal Toch village received 400 kg of rice; and another 20 families in Koh Chheuteal Thom village received 400 kg of rice. At the same time, the venerable monks offered 100 kg of rice and 100,000 KHR each to Wat Sophornaram (Koh Chheuteal Touch) and Wat Bonnhathikararam (Koh Chheuteal Thom), while supporting the local village defense forces with 100,000 KHR. Furthermore, they made direct home visits to 5 additional impoverished families in O’Svay, O’Run, and Veun Sien villages, providing them with an extra 100 kg of rice and 300,000 KHR. It is worth noting that the Khmer Buddhist Humanitarian Association was officially authorized and established in 1992, conducting humanitarian activities across the Kingdom of Cambodia, and had previously distributed donations in Borei O’Svay district once back in 2023.
During this humanitarian mission, the four venerable monks stayed overnight at the Sangkum Reastr Niyum King Father–Queen Mother (Borei O’Svay–Sen Chey), where they researched and read several history books preserved within the building. The following morning, Venerable Tren Kimlaon, visiting from the United States, stated that on this occasion of performing humanitarian work in Stung Treng Province and visiting Sangkum Reastr Niyum King Father–Queen Mother (Borei O’Svay–Sen Chey), he would like to express his deep gratitude and profound admiration for the preservation of this historical legacy under the shade of peace and development. Concurrently, Venerable Sihavijit Long Somoni, the Chief Monk of Preah Vihear Province, added that he was deeply inspired after staying overnight, reading, and touring the Sangkum Reastr Niyum King Father–Queen Mother (Borei O’Svay–Sen Chey), and he fully supported the construction and ongoing development of this historical site to ensure it continues to flourish in the future.
