រដ្ឋបាលស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយសែនជ័យ សម្របសម្រួលដំណើរបេសកកម្មរបស់គណៈប្រតិភូរដ្ឋលេខាធិការដ្ឋានកិច្ចការព្រំដែន ក្នុងការចុះសិក្សាប្រមូលទិន្នន័យដើម្បីបង្កើតគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សាកល្បងនៅលើ «កោះឈើទាលធំ»
នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ១កើត ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ុម សុខម្ភូ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ នៃរដ្ឋលេខាធិការដ្ឋានកិច្ចការព្រំដែន បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូជាន់ខ្ពស់ ចុះសិក្សាប្រមូលព័ត៌មាន និងទិន្នន័យសំខាន់ៗ ដើម្បីបុរេសមិទ្ធិផល ក្នុងគោលដៅឆ្ពោះទៅគិតគូរបង្កើតគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សាកល្បងតំបន់ព្រំដែន លើ«កោះឈើទាលធំ» ស្ថិតក្នុងភូមិសាស្ត្រស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយសែនជ័យ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង។
នៅក្នុងដំណើរបេសកកម្មដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះ លោក ភោគ សុវិសិដ្ឋ អភិបាលស្រុកស្តីទី នៃគណៈអភិបាលស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយសែនជ័យ នៃគណៈអភិបាលស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយសែនជ័យ អមដំណើរដោយលោកស្រី យោ អ៊ីឡាង នាយករដ្ឋបាលស្តីទី និងលោក ព្រាប សារ៉េត នាយករងរដ្ឋបាល ដោយអគារមរតកសង្គមរាស្ត្រនិយម សម្ដេចឪ-សម្ដេចម៉ែ (បុរីអូរស្វាយ-សែនជ័យ)បានចូលរួមសម្របសម្រួល និងរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាការងារ ជួបសម្ភាសន៍នេះ។
បេសកកម្មនេះ ធ្វើឡើងក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌនៃការរៀបចំផែនទីតម្រង់ទិសអភិវឌ្ឍន៍តំបន់ព្រំដែន ស្របតាមលិខិតផ្លូវការលេខ ១៤២/២៦ រកព.លស របស់រដ្ឋលេខាធិការដ្ឋានកិច្ចការព្រំដែន ក្នុងគោលបំណងសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ពីស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្តែង និងប្រមូលធាតុចូលពីអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន ដូចជាប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ដើម្បីជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍតំបន់ព្រំដែនឱ្យមានការរីកចម្រើនប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព និងពង្រឹងសន្តិសុខតាមខ្សែបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែន។
ផ្អែកតាមផែនការសកម្មភាព ដំណើរបេសកកម្មសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវនេះ នឹងត្រូវបែងចែកជាពីរលើក រួមមាន៖
• លើកទី១៖ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយក្រុមការងារនឹងចុះជួបសម្ភាសន៍ ប្រមូលព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាន។
• លើកទី២៖ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយក្រុមការងារនឹងបន្តចុះជួបសម្ភាសន៍ជាមួយមន្ត្រីជំនាញតាមមន្ទីរពាក់ព័ន្ធ គ្រូបង្រៀន អាជ្ញាធរ និងសហគមន៍បន្ថែមទៀត។
លោក ភោគ សុវិសិដ្ឋ អភិបាលស្រុកស្ដីទី ក្នុងនាមរដ្ឋបាលស្រុក ជំនួសមុខឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទូទាំងស្រុកគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹង និងត្រៀមលក្ខណៈសហការសម្របសម្រួលគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាងជាមួយគណៈប្រតិភូ ទាំងផ្នែកសន្តិសុខ និងការផ្ដល់ព័ត៌មាន ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យដំណើរបេសកកម្មសិក្សាប្រមូលទិន្នន័យនេះ ទទួលបានជោគជ័យខ្ពស់ ឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងទស្សនវិស័យវែងឆ្ងាយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការប្រែក្លាយតំបន់ព្រំដែនទៅជាតំបន់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ សន្តិភាព និងមិត្តភាពប្រកបដោយភាពចម្រើនរុងរឿង។
Borei O’Svay Sen Chey District Administration Facilitates the Mission of the Secretariat of Border Affairs to Collect Data for the Pilot Development Project on “Koh Chheu Teal Thom”
On the morning of Wednesday, July 15, 2026, H.E. Sum Sokpho, Secretary of State of the Secretariat of Border Affairs, led a high-level delegation on a field mission to collect essential information and data as a preliminary step toward developing a pilot border development project on Koh Chheu Teal Thom, located within Borei O’Svay Sen Chey District, Stung Treng Province.
During this important mission, Mr. Phok Soviseth, Acting Governor of Borei O’Svay Sen Chey District, accompanied by Ms. Yo Elang, Acting Director of Administration, and Mr. Preab Saret, Deputy Director of Administration, together with the Sangkum Reastr Niyum Heritage Building of Samdech Ov–Samdech Mae (Borei O’Svay–Sen Chey), coordinated and organized the working meeting and interviews with the delegation.
This mission is being carried out within the framework of preparing a strategic development roadmap for Cambodia’s border areas, in accordance with Official Letter No. 142/26 issued by the Secretariat of Border Affairs. Its objective is to assess the current situation on the ground and gather input from local authorities and community members to promote sustainable border development while strengthening security along the national border.
According to the action plan, the research mission will be conducted in two phases:
Phase I: From 14–18 July 2026, the working group will conduct interviews and collect first-hand information from relevant local authorities and residents.
Phase II: From 10–14 August 2026, the working group will continue interviews with technical officials from relevant provincial departments, teachers, local authorities, and additional community representatives.
On behalf of the District Administration and the people of Borei O’Svay Sen Chey District, Acting District Governor Mr. Phok Soviseth expressed the district’s full support for the mission and reaffirmed its commitment to providing comprehensive cooperation, including security arrangements and the sharing of necessary information. This collaboration aims to ensure the successful implementation of the data collection mission and contribute to the Royal Government’s long-term vision of transforming Cambodia’s border areas into regions of development, peace, friendship, and shared prosperity.
