នៅថ្ងៃទី២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សិស្សានុសិស្សនៃសាលាបឋមសិក្សាព្រៃវែងក្រុង ចំនួន៦នាក់ បានមកកាន់ការិយាល័យមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារខេត្តព្រៃវែង ក្នុងគោលបំណងទស្សនាផ្ទាំងរូបភាពពិព័រណ៍អចិន្ត្រៃយ៍ និងអានសៀវភៅស្តីពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រខ្មែរក្រហម។ ក្រុមការងារ បានណែនាំសិស្សានុសិស្សឱ្យទស្សនាផ្ទាំងរូបភាពទាក់ទងនឹងរបបខ្មែរក្រហម និងបានផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹងខ្លះៗពី «ជីវិតរស់នៅរបស់កុមារក្នុងរបបខ្មែរក្រហម និងជីវិតកុមារនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន» ដោយផ្តោតសំខាន់លើការហូបចុកមិនគ្រប់គ្រាន់ និងការធ្វើការងារគ្មានពេលសម្រាករបស់កុមារក្នុងរបបខ្មែរក្រហម។ គោលបំណងនៃការផ្តល់មេរៀននេះដល់សិស្ស គឺដើម្បីឱ្យសិស្សចេះប្រៀបធៀបពីភាពខុសគ្នារវាងជិវិតកុមារក្នុងរបបខ្មែរក្រហម និងក្នុងពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន។
On October 2, 2026, six students from Prey Veng Krong Primary School visited the Prey Veng Documentation Center office to tour the permanent exhibition panels and read books on Khmer Rouge history. The team guided the students through the exhibition panels related to the Khmer Rouge regime and shared insights on “Children’s Lives under the Khmer Rouge and Today,” focusing primarily on the severe food shortages and relentless labor endured by children during that period. The purpose of this lesson was to enable students to reflect on and compare the stark differences between the lives of children during the Khmer Rouge era and those of today.
