នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសន្តិភាពងន្លង់វែង បានបើកការិយាល័យលើភ្នំដងរែក(អតីតផ្ទះប្រជុំតាម៉ុក) ដើម្បីរៀបចំបោសសម្អាត និងថែរក្សាផ្ទាំងរូបថត សៀវភៅ រួមទាំងឯកសារទាំងឡាយដែលបានរក្សាទុកនៅទីនោះ ក្នុងគោលបំណងឲ្យអ្នកធ្វើដំណើរឆ្លងកាត់នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសន្តិភាពអន្លង់វែង បានចូលទស្សានាពិព័រណ៍រូបថត សៀវភៅប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្ត ទស្សនាវដ្ដី ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមពីប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ(១៩៧៥-១៩៧៩)។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ វរៈកងទ័ពកម្ពុជា ចំនួនពីរនាក់ក្នុងនោះមានឈ្មោះ មាច វាសនា និង ហឿត ហាត់ ដែលបានមកទទួលអំណោចពីសប្បុរសជននៅខាងមុខមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសន្តិភាពអន្លង់វែង និងជាកម្លាំងនៅប្រចាំការខ្សែត្រៀមជួរមុខ បានចូលមកទស្សានាពិព័រណ៍រូបថត និងអានសៀវភៅប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តដែលក្រុមការងារបានផ្ដល់ឲ្យ។ វរៈកងទ័ពទាំងពីរ បាននិយាយថា «ខ្លួនបានចាកចេញពីគ្រួសារមកការពារព្រំដែននៅតំបន់អន្លង់វែងនេះរយៈពេលមួយឆ្នាំហើយ ចាប់តាំងពីមុនពេលផ្ទុះសង្គ្រាមជាមួយថៃមកម្លេះ»។ វរៈកងទ័ព មាច វាសនា បានបន្តថាមុនពេលមានសង្គ្រាមនៅតាមបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ខ្លួនជានិស្សិតសិក្សាផ្នែករដ្ឋបាលសាធារណ ចំណែកឯវរៈកងទ័ព ហឿត ហាត់ ជាគ្រូបង្រៀនកិច្ចសន្យា នៅឯស្រុកកំណើត។ ប៉ុន្តែដោយសារប្រទេសជាតិកើតមានសង្គ្រាមទើបអ្នកទាំងពីរបោះបង់ការងារជាគ្រូបង្រៀន និងការសិក្សា មកធ្វើជាទាហានដើម្បីការពារទឹកដី។ កំឡុងពេលវរៈកងទ័ពទាំងពីរ ឈរជើងការពារព្រំដែននៅភូមិសាស្រ្តអន្លង់វែង គ្មានបញ្ហាប្រឈមធ្ងន់ធ្ងរប៉ុន្មាននោះទេ ដោយសារនៅទិសដៅនេះមិនសូវមានការផ្ទុះអាវុធដូចទៅទិសដៅដទៃ។ ជាចុងក្រោយ វរៈកងទ័ពទាំងពីរនាក់ អរគុណក្រុមការងារមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសន្តិភាពអន្លង់វែង ក្នុងការជួយថែរក្សា និងចងក្រងប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្តខ្មែរបន្តទៀត និងអរគុណដែលបានផ្ដល់ឪកាសដល់ខ្លួនក្នុងការចូលទស្សនានៅក្នុងការិយាល័យ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសន្តិភាពអន្លង់វែង។
On April 22nd, 2026 Anlong Veng Peace Center on top of Dangrek mountain opened its door to welcome visitors who could see our exhibition inside and outside the Center. Our Center has become a key space for both foreign and local visitors taking keen interest in learning about the Khmer Rouge history and also the fourteen historical sites. On that day, two soldiers of Royal Cambodian Army, Meach Veasna and Hoeut Hatt, stopped by and read some of our publication, while waiting for aid and other supplies. They are being dispatched to the Cambodia-Thailand borderline and remain at the frontline for a year now (even before the armed clashes between Cambodia and Thailand). Veasna said before the armed clashes, he was a university student of public administration, while Hatt served as a contract teacher at his hometown. Given that our country has been faced with an existential threat, they volunteered to take up arms and fight the hostile enemy. They always stand ready to defend our country. Anlong Veng was not in a serious situation given a brief skirmish in late December of 2025. Finally, both thanked Anlong Veng Peace Center for preserving and recording this history and for the opportunity to visit this venue.
