The Ministry of Tourism Distributes Solar Lights to Teachers in Borei O’Svay Sen Chey District, Stung Treng Province

On December 2, 2025, in support of national policies on strengthening the educational sector and addressing the essential needs of rural communities, Her Excellency Long Phirum, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Tourism, and HE Srun Samrithy, Deputy Governor of Stung Treng Province distributed Solar lights to primary schools located on Islands of Borei O’Svay Sen Chey district.
The distribution was convened at the Physical Legacy of Sangkum Reastr Niyum King Father-Queen Mother (Borei O’Svay-Sen Chey) where teachers from primary schools on the islands were handed over the lights. These solar lights play an important role on improve lighting conditions in schools and support the daily work of local educators in isolated communities. At the end of the event, all delegations were given a gift as an eco-bag, a brouchure of Borei O’Svay Sen Chey Community-based Ecotourim, and a Witness to History: The Journal of Cambodia’s Queen Mother.

លោកជំទាវ ឡុង ភិរម្យ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ចែកអំពូលសូឡាជូនលោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូនៅតាមបណ្ដាលកោះទាំង ៨ ក្នុងស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយសែនជ័យ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង ដើម្បីបំភ្លឺសាលារៀន។ នៅថ្ងៃទី២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ស្របតាមគោលការណ៍លើកកម្ពស់វិស័យអប់រំ និងបំពេញតម្រូវការចាំបាច់របស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ជាពិសេសលោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូដែលបំពេញបេសកកម្មនៅតំបន់ដាច់ស្រយាល នាថ្ងៃទី ២ ខែ ធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នេះ គណៈប្រតិភូដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់បានអញ្ជើញចុះសួរសុខទុក្ខ និងនាំយកអំណោយចែកជូនដល់លោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូនៅស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយសែនជ័យ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង។ កម្មវិធីនេះដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ស៊្រុន សំឫទ្ធី អភិបាលរងខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ឯកឧត្តមអភិបាលខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង,លោកជំទាវ ឡុង ភិរម្យ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍,និង លោក លី មីណា អភិបាល នៃគណៈអភិបាលស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយសែនជ័យ។ គណៈប្រតិភូទាំងអស់បានអញ្ជើញមកដល់ អគារមរតកសង្គមរាស្ត្រនិយម សម្ដេចឪ សម្ដេចម៉ែ (បុរីអូរស្វាយ-សែនជ័យ) ដើម្បីប្រគល់អំណោយអំពូលសូឡា ជូនដល់លោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូ ដែលកំពុងរស់នៅ និងបង្រៀននៅតាមបណ្ដាល កោះទាំង ៨ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយសែនជ័យ។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោក លី មីណា អភិបាល នៃគណៈអភិបាលស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយសែនជ័យ បានជូន លិខិតថ្លែងអំណរគុណ និង ថង់បរិស្ថាន សៀវភៅផ្នត់ ២ ក្បាល រួមទាំង សៀវភៅសាក្សីប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្ត ដល់ស្ថាប័នគណៈប្រតិភូគ្រប់ស្ថាប័ន ដើម្បីថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះការចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍មូលដ្ឋាន។
