Brief Description
On July 16, 2025, thirty Grade-10 students from Borei O’Svay Sen Chey High School attended the Research Forum for Youths on the History of Democratic Kampuchea (1975-1979) with a focused topic on “A daily life of the people during the Khmer Rouge regime and Listen to an experience of the Khmer Rouge survivor in community.” The forum, held at the Physical Legacy of Sangkum Reastr Niyum, King Father–Queen Mother (Borei O’Svay–Sen Chey), A Community Center of the Queen Mother Library and the Documentation Center of Cambodia, placed its objective to raise youths’ awareness of the DK History (1975-1979), focusing on the daily life of the people during the Khmer Rouge regime and listening to an experience of a Khmer Rouge survivor in their community.
