ក្នុងឱកាសប្រារព្ធពិធីគោរពព្រះវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធខួប១៤ឆ្នាំនៃការយាងចូលទិវង្គតរបស់ព្រះករុណា ព្រះបាទសម្ដេចព្រះ នរោត្តម សីហនុ ព្រះមហាវីរក្សត្រ ព្រះបរមរតនកោដ្ឋ នៅស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយ សែនជ័យ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង និគមន៍ជនសង្គមរាស្រ្ត នៅស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយ សែនជ័យ បានជួបជុំចូលរួម និងរំឭកអំពីពេលវេលានៃការមកដល់ និងចាប់ផ្ដើមជីវិតរស់នៅដំបូងនៅបុរីអូរស្វាយ, ការមកទទួលព្រះរាជដំណើររបស់ព្រះករុណា ព្រះបាទសម្ដេចព្រះ នរោត្តម សីហនុ ព្រះបរមរតនកោដ្ឋ ដែលព្រះអង្គយាងមកសម្ពោធសមិទ្ធផលនៅបុរីអូរស្វាយ និងបទពិសោធន៍ឆ្លងកាត់សង្រ្គាម និងរបបខ្មែរក្រហម។ សម្រាប់និគមន៍ជនសង្គមរាស្រ្តនិយម និងជាអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហម, ការចូលរួមពិធីគោរពព្រះវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធគម្រប់ខួប១៤ឆ្នាំនៃការយាងចូលទិវង្គតរបស់ព្រះករុណា ព្រះបាទសម្ដេចព្រះ នរោត្តម សីហនុ ព្រះមហាវីរក្សត្រ ព្រះបរមរតនកោដ្ឋ នៅបុរីអូរស្វាយ មិនត្រឹមតែជាការគោរពដល់ព្រះវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែក៏ជាឱកាសរំឭកអតីតកាល និងផ្ញើសារទៅកាន់កូនចៅជំនាន់ក្រោយអំពីសន្តិភាព សាមគ្គីភាព និងការថែរក្សាមាតុភូមិផងដែរ។
ពិធីគោរពព្រះវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធនៅបុរីអូរស្វាយ
នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី១៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង បានរៀបចំពិធីគោរពព្រះវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធព្រះករុណា ព្រះបាទសម្ដេចព្រះ នរោត្តម សីហនុ ព្រះមហាវីរក្សត្រ ព្រះវររាជបិតាឯករាជ្យ បូរណភាពទឹកដី និងឯកភាពជាតិខ្មែរ «ព្រះបរមរតនកោដ្ឋ» គម្រប់ខួប១៤ឆ្នាំ នៅសួន និងស្ដូប អនុស្សាវរីយ៍ស្នាព្រះហស្តព្រះបរមរតនកោដ្ឋ ក្នុងបុរីអូរស្វាយ ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំអូរស្វាយ ស្រុកបុរីអូរស្វាយសែនជ័យ ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង។ ពិធីនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពឯកឧត្តម ឈាង ឡាក់ ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង និងឯកឧត្តម សរ សុពុត្រា អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាខេត្ត អភិបាលរងខេត្ត ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំមន្ទីរ-អង្គភាព កងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន មន្ត្រីរាជការ លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ សិស្សានុសិស្ស និងប្រជាជនជាច្រើនរូប។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ គណៈអធិបតី និងអ្នកចូលរួមបានអញ្ជើញដាក់កម្រងផ្កា និងផ្កាស្រស់ ព្រមទាំងឈរស្មឹងស្មាធិ៍គោរពព្រះវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធ ដើម្បីសម្ដែងនូវកតញ្ញូតាធម៌ និងការដឹងគុណចំពោះព្រះរាជគុណូបការៈរបស់ព្រះបរមរតនកោដ្ឋ។
សម្រាប់ប្រជាជន និងនិគមន៍ជនសង្គមរាស្រ្តនិយម ដែលត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើស និងបញ្ជូនមករស់នៅធ្លាប់រស់នៅបុរីអូរស្វាយចាប់តាំងពីសម័យសង្គមរាស្ត្រនិយម, សួន និងស្ដូបអនុស្សាវរីយ៍ស្នាព្រះហស្តព្រះបរមរតនកោដ្ឋ ក្នុងបុរីអូរស្វាយ មានអត្ថន័យលើសពីសំណង់ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រមួយ ប៉ុន្តែជាកន្លែងដែលភ្ជាប់ការចងចាំអំពីការចាប់ផ្ដើមជីវិតថ្មីដោយក្ដីសង្ឃឹម និងការស្នេហាជាតិ, ការកសាងសហគមន៍, ការបាត់បង់ ដោយសារតែសង្គ្រាម និងរបបខ្មែរក្រហម និងការចាប់ផ្ដើមកសាងជីវិតឡើងវិញក្រោយរបបប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ខ្មែរក្រហម។
Borei O’Svay: In Commemoration of Late King Father Norodom Sihanouk Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh and the Life Stories of Sangkum Reastr Niyum Settlers Through War and the Khmer Rouge Regime
On the occasion of the 14th Commemoration of the passing of Late King Father Norodom Sihanouk, local residents of Borei O’Svay Sen Chey District, Stung Treng Province, gathered to commemorate his life and legacy. During the gathering, the Sangkum Reastr Niyum settlers and Khmer Rouge survivors recalled their arrival and the early days of their lives in Borei O’Svay, their experiences welcoming Late King Father Norodom Sihanouk during his visits to inaugurate development achievements in the community, and their experiences surviving the war and the Khmer Rouge regime.
Sangkum Reastr Niyum settlers and survivors participating in the 14th Commemoration of the passing of Late King Father Norodom Sihanouk in Borei O’Svay fell this event is more than an act of paying tribute to his memory but an opportunity to reflect on the past and convey a message to younger generations about the importance of peace, solidarity, and safeguarding the homeland.
The Commemoration Ceremony in Borei O’Svay
On the morning of Wednesday, October 14, 2026, the Stung Treng Provincial Administration organized a ceremony to commemorate the 14th anniversary of the passing of Late King Father Norodom Sihanouk Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh. The ceremony took place at the park and memorial monument dedicated to the achievements of the Late King Father in Borei O’Svay, Borei O’Svay Sen Chey District, Stung Treng Province.
The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Chheang Lak, President of the Stung Treng Provincial Council, and His Excellency Sor Soputra, Governor of Stung Treng Province. Participants included provincial council members, deputy provincial governors, heads of provincial departments and institutions, members of the armed forces, local authorities, civil servants, teachers, students, and many local residents.
During the ceremony, the presiding dignitaries and participants laid wreaths and fresh flowers and observed a moment of silence in tribute to the Late King Father, expressing their gratitude and appreciation for his royal contributions to the nation.
For residents and Sangkum Reastr Niyum settlers who were relocated to live in Borei O’Svay during the Sangkum Reastr Niyum era, the park and memorial monument dedicated to the achievements of the Late King Father hold a significance that extends far beyond that of a historical structure. The site connects generations to collective memories of beginning new lives with hope and patriotism, building a borderland community, enduring the losses caused by war and the Khmer Rouge regime, and rebuilding their lives in the aftermath of the Khmer Rouge genocide.
