នៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អ្នកនិពន្ធ លឹម ផាន់ណា រួមដំណើរដោយស្វាមី បានអញ្ជើញមកទស្សនកិច្ចនៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារខេត្តព្រៃវែង ក្នុងគោលបំណងសិក្សាស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមអំពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រនៃរបបខ្មែរក្រហម។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ក្រុមការងារនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបានទទួលស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅ ព្រមទាំងបានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីបេសកកម្មស្នូលរបស់ខ្លួន ក្នុងការចងក្រង ថែរក្សា បោះពុម្ពផ្សាយ និងអប់រំពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រខ្មែរក្រហមដល់សិស្សានុសិស្ស និងសាធារណជនទូទៅ។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ ក្រុមការងារក៏បានជម្រាបជូនថា មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលតែងតែបើកទ្វារទទួលសាធារណជនឱ្យចូលអាន និងស្រាវជ្រាវឯកសាររៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃចន្ទ ដល់ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ព្រមទាំងផ្តល់ទីតាំងសម្រាប់កិច្ចប្រជុំ ឬសិក្ខាសាលារបស់ស្ថាប័ន និងអង្គការនានា ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍ក្នុងខេត្តព្រៃវែង។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនៃទស្សនកិច្ចនេះ ក្រុមការងារបានប្រគល់ជូនអ្នកនិពន្ធនូវឯកសារគន្លឹះមួយចំនួន រួមមាន៖ សៀវភៅ «ព្រះរាជពិធីបុណ្យចម្រើនព្រះជន្មាយុគម្រប់ ៩០ យាងចូល ៩១ ព្រះវស្សា របស់សម្តេចព្រះមហាក្សត្រី នរោត្តម មុនិនាថ សីហនុ» ចំនួន ១ ក្បាល និងសៀវភៅ «រឿងរ៉ាវក្នុងភូមិ នៅសម័យខ្មែរក្រហម» រៀបរៀង និងដឹកនាំដោយលោក ផេង ពង្សរ៉ាស៊ី ចំនួន ១ ក្បាល ទុកជាឯកសារជំនួយស្មារតីក្នុងការតែងនិពន្ធ។
គួររំលឹកដែរថា អ្នកនិពន្ធ លឹម ផាន់ណា ធ្លាប់បានចូលរួមប្រកួតប្រជែងសំណេរនិពន្ធរបស់គាត់នៅក្នុងស្ថាប័ន «សមាគមន៍អ្នកនិពន្ធខ្មែរ» ហើយសំណេររបស់គាត់ដែលចងក្រងអត្ថបទស្រាវជ្រាវមួយក្រោមចំណងជើងថា «ក្រោមមេឃងងឹត» ត្រូវបានបោះពុម្ពបញ្ចូលក្នុងសៀវភៅ «រឿងរ៉ាវក្នុងភូមិ នៅសម័យខ្មែរក្រហម» ក្នុងចំណោមសាច់រឿងជាច្រើនទៀតដែលបានជាប់ក្នុងការប្រកួតប្រជែង។ លោកស្រីបានរំឭកថា អត្ថបទនេះគឺជាដំណើររឿងពិតរបស់អ្នកស្រី វ៉ា ស្រីមុំ ត្រូវជាម្តាយបង្កើតរបស់លោកស្រី ដែលបានចងក្រងទុកជាអនុស្សាវរីយ៍។ អ្នកនិពន្ធ លឹម ផាន់ណា បានសម្តែងក្តីរំភើបរីករាយឥតឧបមា នៅពេលឃើញរឿងរ៉ាវរបស់ម្តាយលោកស្រីមានវត្តមាននៅក្នុងឯកសារប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្របែបនេះ ព្រមទាំងបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារកម្ពុជា ដែលបានបោះពុម្ពផ្សាយស្នាដៃនេះឡើង។
ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចនេះបានបញ្ចប់ទៅបន្ទាប់ពីការដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់គាត់ និងជួបពិភាក្សាគ្នាអស់រយៈពេលប្រមាណ ១ ម៉ោង មុនពេលអ្នកនិពន្ធ និងស្វាមី ធ្វើដំណើរត្រឡប់ឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់រាជធានីភ្នំពេញវិញ។
On October 20, 2026, writer Lim Phanna, accompanied by her husband, visited the Prey Veng Documentation Center to learn more about the history of the Khmer Rouge regime.
During the visit, the center’s team warmly welcomed the couple and delivered a presentation on its core mission: documenting, preserving, publishing, and educating students and the general public about Khmer Rouge history. Furthermore, the team shared that the center welcomes the public to read and conduct document research from Monday to Friday, and also provides venue space for meetings or workshops hosted by institutions and organizations to contribute to community development in Prey Veng province.
Taking this opportunity, the team presented key publications to the writer, including one copy of the book The 90th Birthday Celebration Entering the 91st Year of Her Majesty Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk and one copy of Village Stories During the Khmer Rouge Regime, compiled and directed by Pheng Pong-Rasy, as reference materials for her creative writing.
Notably, writer Lim Phanna had previously participated in a writing competition organized by the Khmer Writers’ Association. Her research piece, titled Under the Dark Sky, was selected and published in the book Village Stories During the Khmer Rouge Regime alongside various other winning entries. She noted that this piece documents the true story of her mother, Mrs. Va Sreymom, compiled as a memoir. Writer Lim Phanna expressed profound joy upon seeing her mother’s story preserved in historical documentation and extended her deep gratitude to the Documentation Center of Cambodia for publishing the work.
The visit concluded after approximately one hour of touring and discussion, after which the writer and her husband departed for Phnom Penh.
