PREY VENG DOCUMENTATION CENTER ATTENDS MEETING WITH MIGRANT RESOURCE CENTER OF PREY VENG (MRC-PV)

1. Meeting Purpose and Participants
On the morning of September 11, 2026, staff from Prey Veng Documentation Center attended a coordination meeting organized by the Migrant Resource Center of Prey Veng (MRC-PV). A total of 11 representatives (4 females) from various civil society organizations (CSOs) and government provincial departments in Prey Veng attended, including: Clear Water Organization (អង្គការតំណក់ទឹក), Farmer Livelihood Improvement Association (Tonle Sap), Teuk Saat 1001 Organization, Prey Veng Disabled Women’s Federation Organization, Cambodian Community Development Fund Organization, Mennonite Central Committee (MCC), and Officials from the Provincial Department of Labor and Vocational Training.
The meeting objective is to assist and coordinate job opportunities for female migrant workers returning to Cambodia following border tensions between Cambodia and Thailand.
2. Key Discussion Points and Contributions
Civil Society Organizations’ representatives discussed the risks, challenges, and vulnerabilities faced by returning female migrant workers and proposed employment solutions to facilitate their integration into the local workforce.
Dararoth Meta, a representative from Prey Veng Documentation Center presented DC-Cam’s core mission and the purpose of establishing a dedicated branch office in Prey Veng province. After that she invited all participating CSOs to visit DC-Cam’s Prey Veng Documentation Center office to learn more about its work and foster equal partnership relations.
Offered the DC-Cam office premises as an open venue for hosting workshops, meetings, and social development initiatives throughout Prey Veng province.
The Migrant Resource Center of Prey Veng (MRC-PV) provided hotline contact number 1297 to all meeting participants to share with returning women and migrant workers seeking domestic employment opportunities.
3. Conclusion and Future Directions
The morning session concluded with an interactive discussion where organizations shared their respective goals, committed to maintaining continuous communication, and agreed to collaborate as partners to advance community development and support returning workers in Prey Veng province.

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ បុគ្គលិកមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារកម្ពុជា ខេត្តព្រៃវែង បានចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំជាមួយ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលធនធានពលករទេសប្រវេសន៍ ខេត្តព្រៃវែង (MRC-PV) ជាមួយអ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន ១១ នាក់ (ស្រី៤នាក់) ផ្សេងទៀត មកពីអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលនៅក្នុងខេត្តព្រៃវែងរួមមាន អង្គការតំណត់ទឹក, សមាគមន៍កែលម្អជីវភាពកសិករ (ទន្លេសាប), អង្គការទឹកស្អាត១០០១, អង្គការសហព័ន្ធនារីពិការ ខេត្តព្រៃវែង, អង្គការមូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍កម្ពុជា, អង្គការគណៈកម្មាធិការមិត្តភាពមិនណូណៃឆ៍ និង មន្រ្តីមន្ទីរការងារបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ មានគោលបំណងសម្របសម្រួលដល់ស្រ្តី ឬពលការនី ដែលបានវិលត្រឡប់មកពីចំណាក់ស្រុក ខណៈកម្ពុជាកំពុងមានជម្លោះព្រំដែនជាមួយប្រទេសថៃ ឱ្យមានឱកាសស្វែងរកការងារធ្វើ។
នៅក្នុងដំណើរការនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ តំណាងអង្គការសង្គស៊ីវិលនានា បានលើកឡើងពីហានិភ័យ ឬបញ្ហាប្រឈមដែលស្ត្រីជួបប្រទះ និងបង្ហាញពីដំណោះស្រាយការងារសម្រាប់ពួកគាត់។ នៅក្នុងឱកាសនោះ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯសារកម្ពុជា ខេត្តព្រៃវែង បានចែករំលែកខ្លីពីកិច្ចការងារស្នូលរបស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារកម្ពុជា ខេត្តព្រៃវែង និងលើកឡើងពីគោលបំណងរបស់ខ្លួនចំពោះការបង្កើតទីតាំងការិយាល័យនៅក្នុងខេត្ត ព្រមទាំងបានស្វាគមន៍ចំពោះការមកធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលទាំងអស់ ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមពីការងារ និងបង្កើនទំនាក់ទំនងជាដៃគូស្មើភាពគ្នា។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ តំណាងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារខេត្តព្រៃវែង បានលើកឡើងពីការបើកទូលាយក្នុងការផ្តល់ទីតាំងសម្រាប់ការធ្វើសិក្ខាសាលា ប្រជុំ ឬប្រើប្រាស់ទីតាំងសម្រាប់កិច្ចការងារសង្គមនៅក្នុងទូទាំងខេត្តព្រៃវែង។
នៅចុងបញ្ចប់នៃកិច្ចប្រជុំមួយព្រឹកនេះ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលធនធានពលករទេសប្រវេសន៍ ខេត្តព្រៃវែង បានផ្តល់លេខទំនាក់ទំនង ១២៩៧ ដល់អង្គប្រជុំ ដើម្បីចែករំលែកទៅកាន់ស្ត្រី ឬពលករទាំងឡាយដែលមានបំណងចង់ស្វែងរកការងារធ្វើនៅក្នុងស្រុក។
កិច្ចប្រជុំបានបញ្ចប់ជាមួយនឹងការពិភាក្សា ផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់ និងចែករំលែកបន្ថែមទៀតពីគោលបំណងរបស់អង្គការខ្លួន ដើម្បីបន្តទំនាក់ទំនង និងធ្វើការជាដៃគូជាមួយគ្នា ក្នុងន័យលើកកម្ពស់ និងអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍នៅក្នុងខេត្តព្រៃវែង។
