ការចូលរួមរបស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារកម្ពុជា សាខាខេត្តព្រៃវែង សម្រាប់ការប្រឡងមធ្យមសិក្សាទុតិយភូមិ ឆ្នាំសិក្សា ២០២៥-២០២៦
មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារកម្ពុជា សាខាខេត្តព្រៃវែង បានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យសិស្សជាបេក្ខជនប្រឡងសញ្ញាបត្រមធ្យមសិក្សាទុតិយភូមិចំនួន ៣ នាក់ មកពីវិទ្យាល័យមេសាង បានស្នាក់នៅរយៈពេល ២ ថ្ងៃ (ថ្ងៃទី៩ និងទី១០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦) ដើម្បីសម្រួលដល់ការចូលរួមប្រឡងថ្នាក់ជាតិ ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី១០ និងទី១១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។
លោក ប៉ុត ម៉ាក់ គ្រូឧទ្ទេសមុខវិជ្ជាប្រវត្តិវិទ្យា បានដឹកនាំ និងសម្របសម្រួលជាមួយបុគ្គលិកប្រចាំការនៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារខេត្តព្រៃវែង ដើម្បីផ្តល់ដល់បេក្ខជននូវ៖
១) ទីកន្លែងស្នាក់នៅរយៈពេលពីរថ្ងៃ
២) បន្ទប់សិក្សាបន្ថែមសម្រាប់ត្រៀមប្រឡងតាមមុខវិជ្ជាប្រចាំថ្ងៃ
៣) ភាពងាយស្រួលដើម្បីចៀសវាងការយឺតយ៉ាវក្នុងការចូលរួម និង
៤) ការធានាសុវត្ថិភាព និងសុខភាពពេញលេញក្នុងកំឡុងពេលប្រឡង។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា នេះជាលើកទីពីរហើយដែលមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារខេត្តព្រៃវែង បានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការចូលរួមសហការ និងសម្របសម្រួលជាមួយសិស្សានុសិស្ស ព្រមទាំងគណៈគ្រប់គ្រងមណ្ឌលប្រឡង សម្រាប់ការប្រឡងបញ្ចប់ថ្នាក់មធ្យមសិក្សាទុតិយភូមិ។ កាលពីឆ្នាំ២០២៤ លោកជំទាវ ទន់ សាអ៊ីម អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា និងជាប្រធានគ្រប់គ្រងមណ្ឌលប្រឡងទាំងអស់ក្នុងខេត្តព្រៃវែង ក៏បានអញ្ជើញមកស្នាក់នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលនេះចំនួនពីរថ្ងៃដែរ ដើម្បីសម្រួលដល់ការដឹកនាំ និងគ្រប់គ្រងដំណើរការប្រឡង។
មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារខេត្តព្រៃវែង មិនត្រឹមតែជាកន្លែងផ្តល់ឯកសារប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រខ្មែរក្រហមដ៏សម្បូរបែប និងជាកន្លែងកត់ត្រារឿងរ៉ាវប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្ររបស់អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហមប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងបានដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់សម្រាប់ជាប្រយោជន៍សាធារណៈ រួមមាន៖ ការផ្តល់ទីកន្លែងប្រជុំ ការសម្របសម្រួលដល់បេក្ខជនប្រឡងបាក់ឌុប ការផ្តល់ឱកាសការងារស្ម័គ្រចិត្តដើម្បីពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពដឹកនាំ ការសហការជាមួយមូលដ្ឋានដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍ និងការចូលរួមបម្រើវិស័យអប់រំក្នុងខេត្ត។
មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារខេត្តព្រៃវែង នៅតែបន្តបេសកកម្មអប់រំប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រខ្មែរក្រហមដល់យុវជនជំនាន់ក្រោយឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ព្រមទាំងបន្តប្រមូលប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រផ្ទាល់មាត់ពីអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតនៅតាមមូលដ្ឋាន ដើម្បីរក្សាទុកជានិមិត្តរូបនៃការចងចាំ និងទប់ស្កាត់អំពើប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលនៅតែយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់លើសុខមាលភាពរបស់អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតក្នុងតំបន់ ដើម្បី៖
១) កាត់បន្ថយផលប៉ះពាល់ផ្លូវចិត្តធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ និងអូសបន្លាយ
២) ស្វែងយល់ ចូលរួម និងប្រឹក្សាអំពីជំងឺរ៉ាំរ៉ៃដែលបង្កឡើងដោយអំពើអមនុស្សធម៌ក្នុងរបបខ្មែរក្រហម
៣) ស្តារសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ និងយុត្តិធម៌ជូនបុគ្គល និង
៤) បន្តរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងយូរអង្វែងក្នុងការថែរក្សាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ និងការអប់រំយុវជនជំនាន់ក្រោយ។

Participation of Prey Veng Documentation Center for the High School Examination, Academic Year 2025–2026
Prey Veng Provice – Prey Veng Documentation Center provided accommodation for two days (August 9 and 10, 2026) to three High School Diploma candidates from Mesang High School to facilitate their participation in the national examination held on August 10 and 11, 2026.
Mr. Pot Makk, a history teacher/trainer, led and coordinated with the resident staff at the Prey Veng Documentation Center to provide the candidates with:
1. Two days of accommodation
2. Additional study rooms for daily exam preparation
3. Greater convenience to prevent delays in attending the exam
4. Full safety and health assurance during the exam period.
It is worth noting that this is the second time the Prey Veng Documentation Center has played a vital role in collaborating with and coordinating for students and exam center management committees during the High School Diploma Examination. In 2024, Her Excellency Ton Sa-Im, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and head of all exam centers in Prey Veng Province, also stayed at the center for two days to facilitate the leadership and management of the examination process.
The Prey Veng Documentation Center serves not only as a rich repository of Khmer Rouge historical documents and a venue for recording survivor stories but also plays a key role in the public interest. This includes providing meeting spaces, coordinating for high school exam candidates, offering volunteer opportunities to enhance leadership skills, collaborating with local communities for community development, and contributing to the provincial education sector.
The Prey Veng Documentation Center continues its mission to educate the younger generation on Khmer Rouge history more effectively while collecting local oral histories from survivors to preserve memory and prevent genocide. Furthermore, the center maintains a strong focus on the well-being of local survivors to:
1. Mitigate severe and prolonged psychological impacts (trauma)
2. Understand, engage with, and offer counsel on chronic illnesses caused by the inhumane acts of the Khmer Rouge regime
3. Restore individual dignity and justice, and
4. Make long-lasting contributions to preserving history and educating future generations.
