ព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី១៥ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហមចំនួន៣រូប រស់នៅក្នុងភូមិបាក់នឹម បានអញ្ជើញមកទស្សនកិច្ចនៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសះស្បើយសហគមន៍បាក់នឹម ដើម្បីចូលរួមចែករំលែករឿងរ៉ាវផ្ទាល់ខ្លួននិងបទពិសោធន៍ជីវិតដែលធ្លាប់បានឆ្លងកាត់ក្នុងរបបខ្មែរក្រហម(១៩៧៥-១៩៧៩) ព្រមទាំងមានបំណងចង់ស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមអំពីព័ត៌មានស្តីពីការថែទាំសុខភាពរាងកាយ និងសុខភាពផ្លូវចិត្ត តាមរយៈកូនសៀវភៅព័ត៌មានស្តីពីការថែទាំសុខភាព ដែលបានរៀបចំចងក្រងដោយមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារកម្ពុជា សម្រាប់គម្រោងសុខភាពអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហម ក្នុងអំឡុងឆ្នាំ ២០២៣។
អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិត ដែលបានមកទស្សនកិច្ច រួមមាន៖
១) លោកយាយ ស្រី សាមិត អាយុ៨១ឆ្នាំ រស់នៅក្នុងភូមិបាក់នឹម។
២) លោកតា អ៊ុត ញ៉ែត អាយុ៨៨ឆ្នាំ រស់នៅក្នុងភូមិបាក់នឹម។
៣) លោកយាយ នុត ប៉ុច អាយុ៨២ឆ្នាំ រស់នៅក្នុងភូមិបាក់នឹម។
ក្នុងពេលទស្សនកិច្ចក្នុងការិយាល័យនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌល អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតទាំងបីរូប បានរៀបរាប់ប្រាប់ក្រុមការងារថា៖ រូបគាត់ទាំងបីសុទ្ធតែធ្លាប់ឆ្លងកាត់នូវបទពិសោធន៍ជីវិតដ៏លំបាកវេទនា និងឈឺចាប់យ៉ាងខ្លាំងក្នុងអតីតកាល ជាពិសេសក្នុងរបបខ្មែរក្រហម។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ គាត់បានបង្ហាញនូវអារម្មណ៍រីករាយ និងស្រស់ស្រាយ នៅពេលបានចូលមកដល់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសះស្បើយសហគមន៍បាក់នឹម ព្រោះទីតាំងនេះគឺជាកន្លែងមួយដែលបានប្រមូលផ្តុំ រក្សាទុក និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មានប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា ការចាក់បញ្ចាំងខ្សែភាពយន្តឯកសារប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រខ្លីៗ និងព័ត៌មានស្តីពីការថែទាំសុខភាពសម្រាប់អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហម ក្នុងចន្លោះឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៩។ ការជួបជុំ និងទស្សនកិច្ចនៅក្នុងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសះស្បើយសហគមន៍បាក់នឹម មិនត្រឹមតែជាការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ជីវិតក្នុងអតីតកាលប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងបានបង្កើតនូវទំនាក់ទំនងយ៉ាងស្និទ្ធស្នាល ការយល់ចិត្ត និងការគាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមករវាងអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតក្នុងសហគមន៍ផងដែរ។
ចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហម
លោកយាយ ស្រី សាមិត បានបង្ហាញអារម្មណ៍ថា៖ ការចូលមកកាន់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលនេះ បានធ្វើឲ្យគាត់មានអារម្មណ៍រីករាយ ស្រស់ស្រាយ និងហាក់ដូចជាចង់និយាយប្រាប់អំពីរឿងរ៉ាវជីវិតដែលមិនធ្លាប់បានបង្ហើបប្រាប់ពីមុនមក។ លោកតា អ៊ុត ញ៉ែត បានរៀបរាប់ដែរថា៖ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសះស្បើយសហគមន៍បាក់នឹម គឺជាកន្លែងដែលគាត់អាចទទួលបានការយល់ចិត្តគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក និងការគាំទ្រពីអ្នកភូមិផ្សេងទៀត ដែលធ្លាប់មានបទពិសោធន៍ជីវិតក្នុងរបបអតីតកាលស្រដៀងគ្នា។ ជាចុងក្រោយ លោកយាយ នុត ប៉ុច បានបញ្ជាក់បន្ថែមទៀតថា៖ ទោះបីជាអតីតកាលពោរពេញទៅដោយការលំបាកនិងការឈឺចាប់យ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ ប៉ុន្តែការជួបជុំនិងការចែករំលែករឿងរ៉ាវអតីតកាលជាមួយគ្នា គឺជាការជួយផ្សះផ្សារផ្លូវចិត្តនិងផ្តល់កម្លាំងចិត្តសម្រាប់ការរស់នៅបន្តទៅមុខទៀត ព្រមទាំងជួយផ្សារភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងនិងភាពស្និទ្ធស្នាលរវាងគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកក្នុងសហគមន៍។
បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ បញ្ហាសុខភាពរបស់លោកយាយនិងលោកតា បានប្រែប្រួលនិងផ្លាស់ប្តូរមិនទៀងទាត់ គឺដោយសារតែរូបគាត់ទាំងបីមានអាយុកាន់តែច្រើន និងចាស់ជរា។
ជាចុងក្រោយ ការចូលទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតនៅថ្ងៃនេះ គឺជាពេលវេលាដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ក្នុងការជួយជំរុញនិងលើកកម្ពស់ភាពសះស្បើយផ្លូវចិត្ត សុខមាលភាព និងការស្ដារឡើងវិញនូវក្តីសង្ឃឹមសម្រាប់ការរស់នៅក្នុងសហគមន៍។ ជាពិសេស មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសះស្បើយសហគមន៍បាក់នឹម គឺជាទីតាំងដ៏សំខាន់មួយ ក្នុងការប្រមូលផ្តុំ ថែរក្សានិងអប់រំផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងបានផ្តល់នូវការគាំទ្រនិងជួយជំរុញការថែទាំសុខភាពសម្រាប់អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហម៕

The Khmer Rouge Survivors visited Bak Nim Community Healing Center.
On Friday, May 15, 2026, three Khmer Rouge survivors who are living in Bak Nim village visited Bak Nim Community Healing Center. The main purpose of the visit was to share their personal stories and life experiences endured during the Khmer Rouge regime (1975-1979) and to seek for better understanding of physical and mental healthcare through the healthcare booklets which were established by the Documentation Center of Cambodia (DC-Cam) for the Khmer Rouge survivor Health Project since 2023.
The survivors’ names are as below:
1. Srey Samit, female, 81 years old, lives in Bak Nim village.
2. Ut Nhet, male, 88 years old, lives in Bak Nim village.
3. Nut Poch, female, 82 years old, lives in Bak Nim village.
During visiting the Center, the survivors told the team that they had experienced immense hardship and misery and painfulness in the past, particularly during the Khmer Rouge’s regime. At that time, they expressed their joyfulness and refreshment upon arriving at Bak Nim Community Healing Center. They additionally added that this location served as a vital hub for collecting, preserving, disseminating Cambodian historical documents, and providing health care information for Khmer Rouge’s survivors (1975-1979). Visiting the Center did not only offer an opportunity to share life experiences during the past but also fostered closer relationship, kindest understanding, and helpfulness among the survivors in the community.
Reflections from the Survivors
Grandma, Srey Samit said that when she arrived at the Center, it brought her a sense of joyfulness and refreshment and made her feeling to speak out about her life stories that she had never revealed before. Grandpa, Ut Nhet mentioned that Bak Nim Community Healing Center was a place where he could find mutual understanding and support from his villagers who lived through similar experiences under the past regime. Grandma, Nut Poch also added that despite the past, it filled with difficulties and painfulness gathering and sharing the life stories which served as a form of mental healing and provided the encouragement needed to move forward, especially, it helps reconnect relationship and strengthen solidarity in the community.
Currently, their health conditions have been irregularly changed because they are getting elder ages.
In conclusion, today’s visit represents a significant opportunity to foster mental healing, well-being, and restore hopefulness in the community. Bak Nim Community Healing Center remains a crucial place for collecting, preserving, and disseminating Cambodian history, and improving advancing healthcare for Khmer Rouge’s survivors.
