A woman from Takaev who worked in
Minh's hospital for part of 1975 and into 1976 described Minh was
mean, saying Minh chewed people out, but never hit anyone. The
woman attended weekly meetings, at which it was taught that those
who made mistakes would be discipline, but she commented that even
when the men and women were sleeping in the same place, there were
no morals violations, as their discipline was good. She worked
again at the hospital in 1978. In neither period did she ever
witness any executions, although she heard killings were taking
place.
